MACSON Developments Ltd. has been involved in the Edmonton construction scene since 1981. We provide creative and distinctive solutions to a variety of construction needs ranging from Commercial Buildings and Tenant Improvements to Light Industrial Buildings and Renovations. Through the years of experience and success in the construction market, MACSON has developed a broad network of subcontractors and suppliers which enables us to be very competitive and efficient in all areas of construction.

MACSON’s services focus on Construction Management, Design-Build Contracts, Project Management and Construction Consulting. These project delivery methods allow MACSON to become involved in the project at the early stages of development. We work closely with the owner, architect and engineers to assist with budgets, cost control and the sourcing out of new materials and technology which will improve and enhance the project. This allows for a free flow of information and ideas directed at making the project more cost effective with shorter timelines of construction.

History

MACSON Developments Ltd. was incorporated in 1981. Since establishing a presence in the Edmonton construction market, MACSON has completed numerous projects including large warehouse and office spaces, industrial buildings/structures, dental/medical clinics, general office facilities, and large retail buildings. MACSON has also been involved in new building development and rehabilitation projects of historic buildings and older (40+year old) commercial buildings.

Philosophy

Our construction philosophy is quite simple – exceed client expectations within budget and on schedule. We achieve this consistently through competitive pricing, value engineering, design/construction flexibility, feasible schedules and accurate budgets.

Throughout the project we work closely with the owner and consultants to assist with establishing reasonable budgets and schedules, provide cost control and alternate materials and technology solutions to maintain established budget/schedule/project requirements and enhance the overall project. Our involvement at the early stages of project development has proven to be beneficial by encouraging the flow of information and ideas of all parties which creates a more cost effective project with a condensed construction schedule.
